Proper country pub, full of stuffed fish and animals, chickens and Guinea Fowl roam the garden while the land lord's pigs wallow in the field next door. A minute's walk from the river.

Good local pub with straight forward pub grub. Lovely walk from the cabin crossing the River Thames, via the weir and lock. A summer favourite and dog friendly.

If you fancy a longer walk, carry on up the river bank, past Temple Island to the Flower Pot Pub. A great halfway stopping point on a long walk.
