One of the most beautiful high mountain lakes in Colorado, Lake Irwin is 30 min away (summer only) and is an amazing day trip for swimming, paddling, and hiking.

Easy trail around the lake. Gorgeous in autumn. Great paddle boarding at the lake in summer.

Lake Erwin is incredible!!! Take a paddle board or two and float around! But paddle boarding isn’t the only activity, you can fish, hike, or just sit - everything you do is enjoyable! There’s also bald eagle who lives there so keep your eyes out for a white dot.

Fishing and hiking opportunities surrounded by a 2-mile trail. You can rent or bring SUP boards or rafts and enjoy the water. Jump off the rock cliffs. Safety first always!
