The magnificent Cetina River Canyon is a famous destination that offers many opportunities for active holidays. The most popular activities are rafting – a combination of relaxation through untouched nature, enjoying the diversity of flora and fauna, swimming in the crystal clear and green river, exploring mysterious caves and adrenaline thrills in overcoming rapids and waterfalls. Before starting the rafting, the guide explains the rules of safety and the basics of rowing. You will receive appropriate helmets, safety vests and paddles, and in case of bad weather appropriate neoprene suits. The length of the rafting trail is 10 km and lasts approximately 3 hours, and is divided into 3 parts. Going down through the first part, the guide introduces you to the diverse river flora and fauna and warns you of impending dangers. At the end of the first part there is a break in a quiet part of the river ideal for swimming and relaxing in the shade of lush vegetation. At the end of the break we continue towards the second part of the rafting, paddling through beautiful and exciting rapids. Arriving in the part of the river called “Tisne Stine” we make another stop to swim and jump from the cliffs into the deep water per request. With less adrenaline rapids in the third part of the river, it leads us to Radman’s mills, a famous picnic spot for nature lovers, where the adventure of rafting comes to an end.
