A destination for East Dallas residents since it opened in 1945. This quiet, primarily residential community in East Dallas enjoys sizable lots, large trees and vintage charm. Built after WW11, 1940's shopping center, nearby residential area with large lots and no sidewalks. Very tranquil, unique, peaceful and yet so close to business in downtown and to the arts in Deep Ellum to the night life on Greenville Ave.
