Great for snorkeling, but only use reef safe sunblock and go in the morning when it's calm. Be respectful of the 'aina (land), the sea life, and the locals.

On the North Shore... great spot to watch the surfers, wind surfers, and kite surfers. Bring your camera. Stop at Milagro's or Paia Bay Coffee Bar on the way back through Paia.
