"Move App" or flag a "Moto bike"
"Move App" is the easiest to get around, it is owned by Volkswagen, and all their cars are mostly brand new volkswagen cars, van or jeeps.
Another option is to flag a moto bike, they can be found almost everywhere and they prove to be an effective way of commuting in Kigali. They are fast and cheap. Usually a short trip should cost you about $1 equivalent and very long trips can cost you up to $2 for a moto ride
