Look up the BOM and local Aurora Facebook warning groups to see when it’s dancing. Turn off the lights, head out on the deck and look south (to your right over the tree).

Snow!
We get snow at our place to about 400m. The Springs on Mt Wellington is 720m and the top is 1271m, so keep an eye on forecasts to get out and explore. If you have a 2wd you might consider parking on Huon road of snow is forecast low so you can still get about. Google pinnacle road access to see if you are walking or driving up Mt Wellington
