Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. This also means that you can concentrate on the baking part and take great pictures of your lovely pastries. Children: From 11 years old are welcome in the class if with a paying adult. We will look at and talk about Copenhagen's characteristic designs, buildings unique decoration, thoughtful designs, beautiful colours and the special layout and paving of the squares and roads of this beautiful capital. Furthermore you will be given an insight into the design initiatives Copenhagen is putting in place to tackle the climate crisis and the health of its citizens. Are you tired of all the classical boring tour guides offered everywhere, well then here's just another one for you, just a bit longer! Joking aside, this activity is definitely the best choice to see as much as possible in Copenhagen in just one day. The tour in addition is supposed to last for at least 7 hours, depending on the pace. The Half Marathon will start at my favorite monument of the city - sorry it's not the Little Mermaid, a church by the name of Grundtvigs Kirke. From there will be roaming the streets of Copenhagen throughout its five major neighborhoods: Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, Vesterbro, Christianshavn, and finally Østerbro. This experience will cover most of Copenhagen's famous attractions and all of the excellent districts. Walking 20 Km isn't that difficult when you have good shoes on, and some other equipment depending on the weather. In fact, in Scandinavia they say that there's no bad weather, there are only bad clothes. This experience will be more of an interactive journey, questions will be answered of course, but it'll help me as well understand more of the Danish functioning society throughout your feedback. We meet at Klampenborg station. I live next to the station, so you can change clothes and store your things at my place while we are out. We will be going for a 4-5 km (walk) or up to 10 km (run) with stops for sights. The distance, route and pace is flexible, so we can go for a walk instead, if you prefer. Running in the Deer park is a a spectacular sight, with amazing nature and historical attractions. It is home to more than 2,000 deer, to foxes, black raven and goshawk. The trees are mainly beech mixed with old and majestic oak trees. The area has been inhabited for more than 5,000 years and you will see many burial mounds from the Bronze age (1800 BC). Our run will take you past the King's hunting castle, the slopes of the wolves' valley, the world oldest amusement park Bakken (on the outskirts of the park) and the marsh, home to the mythic elf girls and the marsh woman. If we go for the longer run, you will also pass the Mill stream and a field covered in hawthorn, hiding it's sinister past as a mass grave for the victims of the plague. Back home, we will collect towels and swimming gear, and go for the swim (or cold dip in the winter). Other things to note If you are healthy, taking a dip in cold water is safe, fun and rejuvenating. If you prefer to stay out of the water, it is no problem, we will just take a walk on the beach after the run.

Now you have the chance to create your own unique perfume by hand in Stockholm. The perfect thing to do in Stockholm during a visit. With unique oil mixes from Grasse, France, together we mix each unique perfume by hand and I teach the basics of perfume making, what to consider when choosing a scent and a little history. The whole group gets their own perfume in a glass bottle ready to use. Perfect to do as a unique experience or hen party, bachelor party or just a luxurious experience and memory for life. All perfume mixes are unisex and work equally well for men and women. The perfume bottles contain 30ML. Max 8 participants. The course is about 70-90 minutes and we can agree on the time when you book the day.
