Parks & Nature

Coma-Ruga is the nearest beach. It is a quaint resort popular with the locals and has plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops on for all kinds of tastes. The beach is large and sandy, great for kids. Coma Ruga is quite unique. It boasts a natural spa that flows into the sea. Many people visit here for the natural healing properties of the waters. Here is easy access to the 20-degree mineral water and the children can enjoy fishing here. It is a free, enjoyable and healthy attraction in the center of the town flowing in the beach. The high concentration of sodium chloride salts in the water does not make it suitable for drinking, but excellent for therapeutic use. It was declared a mineral-med

There seriously is a happening nightlife, where the young and old can have a lively night out. The large palm-tree promenade separates the beaches from the shops, bars and restaurants. At one end of the promenade there is a smaller version of the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc located in Barcelona The beaches and in Salou can be packed but are well serviced with the most popular having lifeguards, showers, toilets and restaurant/bars. If you want shade with your swimming, and maybe a sunbed - as well as plenty of water sport fun to hire.
