•Solomillo al Whisky (Tenderloin with “Whisky” sauce…delicious)
•Solomillo al Oporto (Tenderloin with Port Wine sauce…one of my favorites)
•Cuenco de salmorejo (a thick version of Gazpacho)
•Huevos codorniz con chorizo (Cornish hen eggs with sausage)

Calle Gerona, 40 (three minute from the apartment) The oldest bar in Seville…founded in 1670! A “must” visit not only for the foreigners, but also for the natives of Seville.

I have not yet found a Chinese restaurant that I like in Seville, so if you are craving Asian food, this is the spot! It is highly ranked on Tripadvisor with the title: “Authentic Korean restaurant in Sevilla”

Entertainment & Activities
Usually TripAdvisor´s number one recommendation for flamenco! My wife is from here and she was blown away and the quality of the performance. Several of my guests told me that they actually cried it was so good! Drop by in the morning to buy tickets for the evening performance. Shows are at 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 pm and last one hour.
