Also the food is super healthy, homey and made with love. Sometimes they have small music venues and events. Nice place to go after a walk around Capital Lake.

Walk around the lake downtown with all the other walkers, joggers and dogs taking their owners on walks. If you are feeling inspired take the swithcbacks up to the Capital Building, lobby someone about anything and then come on back down to the lake. :)
