They always have good local food.
You can not leave Bogotá without trying the traditional and delicious “Ajiaco”, a characteristic dish made with different types of potatoes, chicken, rice and some exotic spices and is one of the favorite dishes of the colombians. The local gastronomy offers a wide menu for lunch and you will be amazed with the variety of them.

On the first floor of this mall is a bakery called Lider Pan, it bakery prepare a delicious and very cheap breakfast, I recommend you try! tamal with chocolate! o ! orange juice with almojabana, buñuelo and pandebono! o ! caldo de costilla!

Monserrate is the best place for Enjoy CITY VIEW, only 20 minutes by taxi from the apartment.
Make very nice PHOTOS here, Botanical Garden is 20 minutes by taxi from the apartment and inside of the biggest park of bogota the Simon Bolivar Park.
The apartment is 20 minutes by taxy from the biggest park has Bogota (the Parque Simon Bolivar), this park has a lot of nature, a lake, fields to practice any sport from jokey, skating, soccer, beach volleyball and athletics to daily camping.
Inside the park you will find the Children's Museum, where children and adults learn playing physics and mathematics, there is also a commercial plane where they can raise and teach them safety rules, a few steps later find the Virgilio Barco Library, a place very nice with café and lounge specializing in children's books, If you keep walking cut through the park, you will see the lake and then the called Magic Salitre mechanical attractions (flywheel, roller coaster, karts ..... etc), across the avenue find the botanical garden a magical place that transports you out of town, once inside will feel you are in another place visit it and tell me lol lol lol.
For all of these sites will need one week, you can go to all walking and most are free.
