Their “bibimbap” rice bowl is my personal favourite – served in a hot stone bowl - it can even be made gluten-free.
This is also a good spot for evening drinks!

Quaint character home converted into a coffee house has a neat cozy feel, healthy fresh local eats, tons of vegetarian options, good coffee and a pretty decent little wine list.
My favourite thing about this spot: breakfast bowls, gluten-free coconut cookies, Marakesh stew, and their power salad.

Downtown Regina is lucky to have the best Indian food restaurant in Western Canada. My faves are the chicken korma and the spinach paneer. They also have a daily express lunch combo-du-jour that you'll never go wrong with. Gluten free options available!
