Well this eatery turns the Hawaiian salad originally served as an appetiser into one worthy of a healthy main meal. Bowls start with rice or a green salad as a base, before it gets a topping of fresh salmon or tuna, fresh vegetables and pickles.
The vegan bowl with spicy tofu is a great one if you're a little squeamish about raw fish, and carb-avoiders can swap their rice base with a kale salad. But whether you're going for their classic tuna or the snapper one, order a side of taro chips with chilli salt of the volcano chips sprinkled with furikake. Umami heaven.
