If you are up for a short drive (30-40 min depending on weather), take a trip up to North Routt and Steamboat Lake. You'll get to see some beautiful ranches and some beautiful country. Be sure to grab a bite to eat at Hahn's Peak Roadhouse and DEFINITELY make a stop at The Clark Store.

This is the "Local's" mountain. Where our kids learn to ski, our infamous Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club is based out of and where you can watch SUPER COOL ski jumping. Fun place to check out.
