Excellent Italian food and ambiance! Sauce on the Blue is located along the Blue River, so in the summer it's the perfect outdoor setting. This is my favorite place to eat on the east side of Lake Dillon! Happy hour (at the bar or patio) is daily from 3-6pm for drinks and 3-5:30pm for food specials.
