Sightseeing
The resurgence is where the Riwaka river starts. It flows through the Takaka Hill and out into a deep pool. Take a dip in one of the pools or have a picnic on the grass. Such a great place!

Marahau is only 15 mins drive from The Cottage @ Quail Acre. Beautiful sandy coastal area. Places to eat & drink and the start point of many Abel Tasman National Park Walks.

An excellent trip under ground:-) A large variety of stalagmites and stalactites, also featuring an excellent skeletal display of the extinct moa. Has a cafe too.
