Very close by! Just a mile or so up the road. If you like beer they usually have some pretty good ones on tap. Has some indoor seating and outdoor with fire pits, usually a pretty good food truck sits out front in evening. Some nights trivia. Good place to hang out, talk and have a drink or two!

Folly is a cool place. Very laid back beach. Not built up with high rises. About 20-25 min drive from condo. Lots of good restaraunts and bars on folly. Check out black magic or Lost dog for breakfast. Surf bar is cool bar open in the evenings. Walk the beach and check out the pier.
