The worlds largest Sand island, “Fraser” has amazing natural habitats including perched fresh water lakes and creeks with crystal clear water, fabulous rainforest and coloured sand cliffs. Camp, drive the beach and enjoy great beach fishing. Permits required. 4wd vehicles with high clearance only.
Please observe tidal charts, warnings and safety procedures.
Dingos and brumbies are wild animals and can attack. They must not be approached or fed under ANY circumstances.
Always lock food and disposables in your well sealed tent or camper if camping. Do not leave children unattended.
