Beautifully restored Victorian Palm House (green house), sometimes they host special events or morning yoga classes, it's definitely kids friendly and lovely to relax.

One of those Art institutions in England. This smaller Tate is still very, very good and you should visit! The bigger Tate has 2 large buildings in London, a 'must' visit, too. (bring snacks with you)

The Albert Dock is a big tourist destination, in part because of the Tate Gallery and the Museums down there. Budget food is hard to find there, bring your own snacks. But it is a MUST visit location.

Princes Park is on the cycle route from my place to the city. At night I recommend cycling around it due to absence of lighting in the park.

A lovely, well kept park, perfect for cycle rides, breathing some calms and clean air after your travels. Taking a break.. There is also a cafe within the park by the fountain. Coffee is ok there.
