Just in case you are still wondering if Pajaro Dunes might be better, you can take a 20+ minutes drive to check it out for yourselves. No units there offer the convenience of walking to the beach right from your deck, only a few units offer the same unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and white water rushing the beach but then only if you are at the top floor. Congratulation that you made the right choice.
