It may be a good thing that there is always a long queue at Chun in the Nine Streets. Otherwise I would have breakfast here every day with the delicious brioche toasts! If you ask me, these are perhaps the tastiest sandwiches you can get in Amsterdam right now. So my advice is: make sure you're here before 10am on weekends or go on weekdays (if it's a little less busy). It's worth the wait. Favourites of the menu are the bulgogi and the shrimp toast. Add a home made lemonade. They also have very good coffee.

I think this is one of the few places in Amsterdam where you want to go in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for a party!
