Total dive bar, which includes a staircase to the second floor that would be illegal in any other city. Great place to people watch. They also have some great pizza.

Personally, there are two locations I think you have to visit on Bourbon Street--Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop and Pat O'Briens. Lafitte's is the longest continually running bar in the U.S. Very fun.
