If you're hungry afterward head across the street for a casual meal at Carvers Steakhouse at Hope Lake Lodge. The elk (locally sourced) burger is our family's favorite!

Greek Peak is the perfect central NY ski resort from learn to ski lessons to challenging slopes! They also have snow tubing! We highly recommend trying the elk burger after a day of skiing.
