It is an amazing place to go. A must see in Anchorage. Great view!! And an abundance of nice hikes. Northern Lights are much brighter here. Parking is $5 per car. Can be very busy on weekends.

I enjoy tea or a meal there and wait until the cloud cover clears. As a bonus this is a hundred miles closer than the entrance to Denali National Park and you are more likely to see the mountain from here.
