This is a local’s favorite for Greek and other healthy food. It’s located near the busy Seawall area but not a tourist spot. The hummus, pita sandwiches, and Greek salad are our favorites!

Name recently changed to Pariah Coffee. Take a break from Starbucks and avoid the drive to the Seawall area by trying this local favorite coffee shop! They have kolaches, muffins and more to eat. Be sure to go early to avoid the Airbnb check out crowd!

It doesn’t get more convenient than a walk to Seven Seas! They have every thing you forgot in their full grocery store! We've been going here since we rented VHS tapes from them as kids :)

Enjoy a free, drive on ferry ride over to Bolivar. Be sure to look out for dolphins on your way! You can enjoy a self tour of the historic bunkers and surrounding grounds at Fort Travis on the other side.

Galveston - Bolivar FerryEnjoy a free, drive on ferry ride over to Bolivar. Be sure to look out for dolphins on your way! You can enjoy a self tour of the historic bunkers and surrounding grounds at Fort Travis on the other side.
Just a ~1 hour drive away is well worth the trip to outer space! Don't miss the tram ride over to the active astronaut facilities.
