If you are looking to get a place in the downtown area of Chico, whether it be a hotel or an Airbnb, I recommended you avoid it. It is known for parting and being too loud. A lot of people have said this throughout the years, and I know from experience.
It is best to get a place just outside of the downtown Chico Area. Those are the best place to enjoy your stay.
