Acclaimed international performers, top regional acts and emerging Canadian artists share the stage for a festival experience like no other.

July 28-30, 2023 FREDERICTON, NEW BRUNSWICK A fun-filled family weekend on the grounds of historic Government House. Come for your annual Celtic infusion of award winning music, piping and drumming, highland dance, traditional Scottish athletics, food and craft vendors, genealogy, and so much more! Don’t miss the workshops, Friday evening kick-off party, Kids Corner and crowd favourite, Massed Bands! Be a Scot for the weekend!

August 11-13, 2023 St. Martins, New Brunswick Paying homage to those ships and sailors who helped forge nations, the Fundy Sea Shanty Festival acknowledges and celebrates their stories and songs and invite locals and visitors to celebrate the region’s maritime history. This international event features sea shanty performances, workshops, historical presentations, meals, a pirate encampment and activities for children. Events will take place in the Village of St. Martins with the possibility of pop-up events throughout the region.

October 13th - October 22nd. The communities of Fundy Albert, Fundy St. Martins and Sussex Rising Tides Trails & Tunes Festival is a showcase of Atlantic Canadian talent with Fundy National Park at its heart and spreading out into the communities nestled along the southern coast of the UNESCO designated Fundy Biosphere Reserve. From Hillsborough to St. Martins, the weeklong festival highlights local music, art, trails, and food to tell the stories of this amazing place and its people.

The City of Moncton’s Acoustica summer entertainment series returns this year with another exciting lineup of free outdoor shows! TUESDAYS Victoria Park @ 7 p.m. Featuring local acts! Exception: The Tuesday, August 15 Acoustica concert will take place at Moncton City Hall at noon in celebration of National Acadian Day! WEDNESDAYS – New this year! July 1-9, 2023 Locals and visitors alike enjoy close to 50 activities and experiences during Shediac's famous lobster festival. Music concerts, dance parties, a 600-guest outdoor lobster dinner on Main Street, lobster eating contests, rides, sports and more!

July 5-9, 2023 Moncton, NB Car lovers, welcome to paradise! This year, the Atlantic Nationals are going to be a bucket-list, car-loving, 5-day weekend you won't want to miss! Event highlights include car shows, prizes, personalities, meet-and-greets, scenic cruises, sight-seeing, and of course, the all-day FREE Friday street party like no other on Moncton's Main Street.

July 7, 2023 A not-to-be-missed music event along Fredericton's beautiful St. John River. Four stages and 20+ bands from folk/bluegrass to rhythm and blues and classic rock concerts performed by local bands, ending with a jam session that will bring musicians together for an all-star performance.

July 14-16, 2023 Moncton, NB The inaugural Moncton International Buskers Festival presents performers from around the world as well as from New Brunswick for three days of outdoor family fun. Whether it's a magician who won Sweden's Got Talent, a football juggler from Argentina or local dance performers, it's a festival you won't want to miss! Everything is free-to-attend while tips to performers are always welcome.

July 21-22, 2023 Sussex, NB First annual edition of the Sussex Fundy Fest to be held on Friday July 21 starting at 6PM and on Saturday July 22 debuting at 6PM. Four artists on Friday with Jess Moskaluke as the headliner and 6 artists on Saturday with Carolyn Dawn Johnson and Blackjack Billy as the co-headliners. July 28 - 30, 2023 Saint John, MN Boxcar Country Music Festival will take place on the Saint John waterfront, and feature an exciting lineup of top Canadian country music artists supported by New Brunswick fan favourites and homegrown talent. In addition to the ticketed evening shows, the team at AREA 506 is thrilled to offer a weekend of free, family-friendly programming in the Waterfront Container Village

July 28, 2023 Sussex Corner, NB Car Show and Lillian Alexander and Melissa Marshall concert. This will take place from 5pm to 9pm on July 28th at Sussex Corner Elementary School park. Concert begins at 7pm with a suggested donation of $10 per person. This is a family friendly event.

August 1-12, 2023 Join the New Brunswick Summer Music Festival for captivating classical chamber music. Concerts occur throughout Fredericton, culminating in four evening performances at Memorial Hall. Experience timeless melodies by Mozart, Fauré, Debussy, and Dvořák. Engage with talented musicians from multiple provinces. Don't miss this enchanting musical celebration!

August 5-7, 2023 Moncton, NB The Moncton International Street Painting Festival presents giant murals on pavement with a host of international and New Brunswick artists painting over three days. Watch live as painters tackle their works of art while we offer free chalk at our Kid's Chalk Zone. Combined with our music stage and nightly concerts, it all adds up for a fun New Brunswick long weekend right downtown.

August 15, 2023 From the Acadian Peninsula to the southern part of the province and all the way to Acadia of the Land and Forests in the northwest, New Brunswick’s Acadian communities – big and small – get decked out in blue, white, red and yellow to celebrate National Acadian Day. A host of festive activities take place to mark the occasion, including music, concerts and the Tintamarre, a merry parade where crowds march and dance to the sound of bells, horns, pots, wooden spoons and other noisy devices to show their pride and their legendary joie de vivre.

August 21-26, 2023 Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Fundy Fringe Festival! All venues are centered around a 2-minute walk from the Saint John Theatre Company Hub at 112 Princess Street. Check out over 100 Fringe shows in 7 days! Ticket prices are set at $10/show. Shows are typically 30-60 minutes long. They incorporate theatre, dance, performance art, stand-up comedy and more performed by companies or by solo artists.

August 25-September 2, 2023 The River of Pride Festival returns for another amazing summer celebration! Mark your calendars! Our region's most colourful, diverse and glowing day is on its way! Accessible, family-friendly, free to attend, and open to all who wish to celebrate sexual and gender diversity! Be sure to attend the Pride Parade on Saturday, September 2 along Moncton’s Main Street!

August 26-27, 2023 Saint John, NB A celebration of all things sea glass, featuring 50 vendors from throughout the Maritimes showcasing their collections and creations. A family-friendly event which includes activities for the children!

September 1-3, 2023 On Labour Day Weekend, downtown Fredericton comes alive with Atlantic Canada's biggest Afro Caribbean, Latin and African music festival. Join the biggest carnival in Atlantic Canada with a parade downtown, and experience performances and vibes from guest DJs, artists and bands from far and near. Invite and share with friends and family.

September 1, 2023 Celebrating its 17th year, the KV Music Festival is ready to fill the Kennebecasis Valley with live music and great times to celebrate the end of the summer, with headliner Kim Mitchell, as well as Pretty In Pink, The Artificially Hip & The Mike Biggar Band. With amazing entertainment, food, and friends, you’re guaranteed to tap your toes, sing at the top of your lungs, and dance like you’ve never danced before!

September 4-10, 2023 Fredericton, NB A tradition since 1827, the NBEX is fun for all ages. This week-long special event features an agricultural show, draft horse show, provincial Holstein show, world class entertainment, harness racing, stage shows and commercial exhibits along with lots of carnival games and food. Including the famous “dippy dog”. Kids will love the midway rides, aerial shows, petting zoo, pony rides and more!

September 7-10, 2023 Sussex, NB The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta hosts family oriented attractions including: 30 hot air balloons flying twice daily (early morning and early evening), a renowned Indoor Market, an outdoor market and a variety of food vendors, our all weekend long bandstand, and on Sunday we hold an antique Car Show and Shine. Most of the activities are offered for free. There are also games for children, bouncy castles, amusement rides & games, and more.

September 14-17, 2023 Gagetown, NB Midway, light and heavy horse shows, hauling matches, ox pull, antique tractor display, livestock exhibits, musical entertainment, woodsman’s competition, horticultural competitions, household arts, handicraft displays, art, photography displays, school childrens displays, 4-H, food vendors.

September 14-17, 2023 Riverside-Albert, NB The Albert County Exhibition, one of New Brunswick's oldest agricultural fair, is celebrating 4 days of community and agriculture every September since 1913. Everyone is invited in Riverside-Albert to see the farm animals and enjoy entertainment, home-cooked turkey or roast beef meals, canteen and events.
