Gloucester Docks is a historic area of the city of Gloucester. The docks are located at the northern junction of the River Severn with the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal. The Gloucester Docks are Britain's most inland port. The docks include fifteen Victorian warehouses, that are now listed buildings and are used for residential purposes. It also contains the Gloucester Waterways Museum and the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum. A stunning area that has loads to offer; from lovely walks at the docks and nearby parks to shops and restaurants.

St. Mary de Crypt is a fine late 15th Century Church situated in the center of Gloucester. Although built upon the site of an earlier Norman Church, the only remaining features of that building are some arches in the blocked-up part of the Crypt.

The 'Animated Mice Box' is now back in the shop - just put a coin in and watch the Mice move! Free entry to both the shop and museum.

The Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake is an annual event held on the Spring Bank Holiday at Cooper's Hill, near Gloucester in England. Participants race down the 200-yard-long hill after a round of Double Gloucester cheese is sent rolling down it. The event was traditionally held by and for the people who live in the local village of Brockworth, but now people from all over the world take part. The Guardian called it a "world-famous event", with winners coming from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Nepal.
