The Ferry or the busses are the fasted to go around
Ferry single way cost €1,8 and return €2,5 (only cash)
Bus cost €2 for 2h (only cash or buy a bus card at a stationary)
Taxis are a regular price. Suggest using Bolt or Ecab. Around €10 to go form Fr. Bambinella to the airport.
Renting a car is probably the best way in Malta to get form A to B.
