THIS IS THE ONLY THEATRE YOU WILL EVER WANT TO VISIT WHEN YOU COME TO ATLANTA. The comfort level and service at IPIC are completely unmatched. It's an upscale movie theatre with restaurant-quality food, and delicious drinks (alcoholic beverages as well like margaritas, wine, etc.), and the best part, is that everything is served to you directly at your seat. They even give you blankets on arrival! PRO TIP FOR COUPLES: Grab the seats against the wall that are set in 2. This will put you in your own private cubicle while you watch the movie. Make sure you go online and book your tickets in advance! (Only 20 minutes away!)

If you want to have a great time, see cool stuff, yet still feel relaxed. The biggest Aquarium in the WORLD (no joke, it's really the biggest in the world, I googled it) is only 20 minutes away! I go to the aquarium often, because it feels like a chill, "easy walk-through" fish museum.
It beats the Georgia heat, and even when there are a lot of people it's easy to be in your own world with your group since the environment is dim. It's a cool vibe for all ages. Plus, there are a decent amount of exhibits to see (but not so much that it's overwhelming).
They also have more adventurous things you can schedule, like snorkeling and dolphin shows. Restaurants are available inside of the Aquarium as well, (I've never eaten at them so I don't have any recommendations on that, but they areee there *nervous laugh*).
Not to mention, the tickets are only about $30 bucks! You can't beat that for a spontaneous date, fun group meet-up, or a loner looking to see something new and clear their mind.
Tell the beluga whales hi for me if you go! They're my favorite and OHHH SO smart. Be sure to get close to the glass and wave! One interaction with them and you'll quickly learn why they're my favorite.
