It's such a wide spread and such an extensive collection it's hard to believe this is one of Seattle's hidden gems. Usually relatively quite; a nice place for a picnic or to catch the annual kite festival or one of the other community events.

The excursion includes a performance in the cultural center theater and a traditional dinner. We've been to Blake Island on the cruise and also by private boat. We've found the performance both entertaining and informative, and the park trails lovely.
