Sno-Park just 30 min up highway 88 with parking & bathrooms. This is an old ski lift area and you can expect to see old rustic ski lifts as you walk out to the most beautiful views. We bring our kids here every year for snow ball fights & sledding.
Don't forget to fill up on gas prior to leaving the Amador Pines Neighborhood.
Iron Mountain Sno-Park
Iron Mountain RoadSno-Park just 30 min up highway 88 with parking & bathrooms. This is an old ski lift area and you can expect to see old rustic ski lifts as you walk out to the most beautiful views. We bring our kids here every year for snow ball fights & sledding.

Camp Kloto is a perfect stopping point if your on your way to Tahoe or if your staying awhile and want to take a day trip there.
Camp Richardson is just 1 hr 20min away from the Cabin. We love this beach and restaurant known as a family friendly spot, great rum runners, and jet ski/boat rentals.

Bring shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
The property consist of asphalt & rock walking paths surrounding the cabin. Outside those lines is red dirt, pine needles, and sometimes sap.

Be mindful of others property and property lines.
Land owners take a lot of pride in their land and spend all year maintaining it. Be mindful when walking, riding bikes, or walking pets to not step foot on others property.

Pack car chains
If your visiting in the snowy season make sure to pack your car chains. They may stop you prior to entering the neighborhood to place your chains on your car.

Don't leave garbage out
Remember your in the middle of the forest & black bears have visited the neighborhood. Don't leave garbage outside. Keep all garbage inside.
Take all items with odor out of your vehicle including ...lotions, gum, candy, air fresheners, lip balms, etc.

Sound travels in the forest
Please be mindful if your playing music after 8pm outside. Sound tends to travel throughout the forest and far away home owners can easily hear whats coming from the cabin.
