As you exit the airport, there is a taxi dispatch station where you can hire a taxi. The fare is set by the dispatcher and you are given a receipt with the cost to your destination.
There are also car rentals at the end of the airport terminal building. These cars can be picked up at the airport to the left after you exit the terminal.
