This is a must visit for all dinosaur enthusiasts. The door greeter is Big Mike, a life size bronze sculpture created from the mold of the fossil bones of Wankel T. rex.

600 W Kagy BlvdThis is a must visit for all dinosaur enthusiasts. The door greeter is Big Mike, a life size bronze sculpture created from the mold of the fossil bones of Wankel T. rex.
Bozeman Mt. is approx 2 hours west of Billings.
For anyone who wants to explore the rich history of the West. This facility actually has 5 separate wings. Kids will enjoy the Natural History museum. Pace yourselves if you are bringing gun enthusiasts - there are around 10,000 artifacts in this section alone!
The drive south to Cody takes approx 1 hr. 45 minutes.

The drive south to Cody takes approx 1 hr. 45 minutes.

The different departments with outdoor/sporting gear will keep mom and dad delighted and the kids won't be able to decide what they love more; the giant ferris wheel to ride, the many taxidermied native animals in lifelike exhibits, or the humongous fish tank with Dory, Nemo and all their friends.
And if you need to take a break half way through you can grab some gelato or lunch at their little restaurant.
