Biogradska Gora National Park and Lake Biograd are located 18 km from Kolašin in the direction of Mojkovac. It is the first national park in Montenegro, founded in 1952 and spreads
across the area of 5650 hectare. The protection of this
magnificent area of nature started in 1878 with King
Nikola Petrović’s persistence to preserve this area so that future generations could enjoy it.
Lake Biograd is surrounded with forest, which is one of the three most famous rain forests in Europe. It allows visitors
to enjoy in beautiful landscapes, take photos and rest
in shades of the three-hundred-years old rainforest.

Morača Monastery is located 25 km from
Kolašin. It was built on is a natural flatland, and
there is a beautiful view of Morača River Canyon,
after which it was named. It is one of the most
important orthodox monasteries in Montenegro.
It was built in 1252, and it holds some of the
Byzantim art masterpieces. The most famous
fresco is „The Raven Feeding St. Elijah“.

Moraca Monastery

Konoba Amanet is really popular so I would suggest calling and reserving a table especially if it's for a bigger group. Also, it's a must to order 'kacamak'!

Kolasin is small town so everything is super close, but if you want to go to, for example, National Park Bigradska Gora you will need a car
