Fun things to do close by.

Mt Princeton is right out the door, if anyone wants to hike up to the Col Trail (1.7 miles away). Mt Princeton Hot Springs is about 10 minute drive, and besides the pools and massages, they have a store and restaurant. Backcountry or crosscountry skiing anywhere around the area. Buena Vista is 9 miles away, with more restaurants and grocery stores, etc. The Arkansas river is about 10 miles away, if you raft or kayak or fish. Lots of mountain biking single track trails around BV and around Mt Princeton HS, but don't have any loaners at the house. Decent rock climbing areas around BV too.
