Glasgow University is in Glasgow's West End and you can go inside the courtyard to see the outside of the building. It's like Hogwarts! There are also great views of the Uni from Kelvingrove Park.

A play, a pie and a pint. At lunch time! Worth checking their website to see what piece of new writing is on. Good for a rainy day. The old church has been turned into a pub with a theatre.

This is Glasgow's architecture museum which has a viewing tower with a 360 view of the city. The Lighthouse is in the centre of Glasgow, you can take the train from Queens Park station to Glasgow Central station to find this museum.

Shawlands is a little further south from us past Queens Park and has restaurants, cafes and some nice gift shops. Deanston Bakery is worth a visit for take away cakes, Oscars for a fancy brunch & Julie's Kopitiam for Malaysian Street food.
