City Beach is a public access beach for Whitefish Lake and is just about a mile from The Quarry. The park has a sandy beach, shaded grass area, designated swimming area, docks, gazebos, and picnic tables to enjoy an afternoon out by the lake with beautiful views!

This smaller ski area is a favorite amongst locals! Enjoy some more great skiing and

Hungry Horse Dam and the reservoir is also well worth a visit. It is just 15 miles from the west entrance of Glacier National Park and 44 miles from the Canadian border. This dam is one of the largest in the country, and the reservoir is a great place to enjoy some paddle boarding and kayaking.

My kids have enjoyed the Whitefish Mountain Resort Kids Center daycare and Ski/Ride School in the Winter.
I have had some success with finding babysitters in the area using care.com.
