Walking distance from the house down through the gardens - There is a set of steps located opposite the bottom of Ipswich Road - if you come out of the house and turn right out of the driveway as you come to the end of the road opposite there is a bus stop just to the left if a small walkway with steps leading down to the beautiful gardens - if you cross the bridge and turn right follow all the way and youll come in to Bournemouth town centre and along to the beach. Please be careful of the cycle lane.

For the lovers of Italian food ‘Gossip’ is a must and one of our favourites! Please note they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays – booking is recommended especially Friday and Saturdays. They also have a restaurant in Penn Hill and are available on Deliveroo.
