I believe this should be the "go-to" spot for good, classic American cuisine. They have wide variety of wine and tasty cocktails and their food is fantastic, in my opinion. Also, you'll likely need a reservation but it is walking distance from the apartment.

This is a small little burger joint with a dive bar feel and THE best burgers in Roanoke. They use 100% wagyu beef for a little farm-to-table product. It's a really fun atmosphere, great waiting staff, and a wide selection of beer. And for desert they serve fried oreos!

This is a Roanoke staple for brunch, there’s always a line for a table on Sundays but it’s definitely worth it (especially if the weather is nice enough to eat in the patio).
