We are not called the heart of the triad for nothing we are minutes away from many cities. And have some historical places here like in the picture, but newly updated as well. We have beautiful parks, great local restaurants, and all of the fast food you can think of less than 5 minutes away.We have different stores like Walmart( Super, and neighborhood), Food Lion, Lowes food, Harris Teeter. They call our city KVegas because almost everything is on one strip but in a quiet city. Also if you are traveling for work we have the huge Kernersville VA Clinic, and Kernersville Novant health Hospital as well.
