I suggest to go to Ceglie around 6 pm and stay there for a drink and dinner. Vibrant but never too crowded also on July and August. My favorite place (better than Ostuni, IMO).

Incredible white city it's 1 hour and half far away and it's a really awesome city, visit Lecce if you have time

Incredible Natural reserve, I recommend to visit its website (www.riservaditorreguaceto.it) to know rules and book slot times as well as the schedule of the public shuttle that connects the parking to the reserve (5’ ride).
