Awesome falls located 34km up the Forest Service road, we recommend a two-way radio channel RR1 to go up to the falls. During this summer it's been closed to commercial vehicles so a radio is not necessary.

The historic goat river trail is a 95 km trail from Crescent Spur along the goat river to Barkerville. If your interested in a day hike we recommend starting at 13 km on the goat river forest service road it goes 4 km along the river to a cable car that crosses the river. It's a rough 13 km drive to the start of the trail may not suitable for all vehicles.

Nice easy hike with a beautiful waterfall and big trees.
There is a nice little waterfall less than a 1km walk from the parking lot on the west side of the river by the highway.
