Start a: South Street and 9th Street and walk towards Front and South! You can continue across front street, down the steps, cross the BLVD and get access to Pennslanding/Spruce Street Harbor. A ton of restaurants, bars, food, shopping, speciality shops, tattoo parlors and etc! Most exciting on the weekend, great for car and bike lovers.
