Come see the tallest living sand dune on the Atlantic coast! From the top you have an amazing 360 view. You can see the Atlantic Ocean and the Roanoke Sound. Feel free to sign up for a hang gliding lesson through a vendor at the park or join the many people who enjoy flying kites from the top. There is a a small education center located on the pier with a few amazing aquariums filled with fish and marine life local to the area. The beaches around the pier are open to public.
