It's next to Greensboro's newest park, Lebaurer Park. It has a quintessentially European feel with dark wood interiors and a gracious patio. If there is some big event going on in Greensboro and you want to avoid the crowd but still get out, this is your spot. Wine Wednesdays, steak Thursdays, and the best of all - mussels Tuesday!

A huge Asian grocery store. If you've never been to a huge Asian grocery store, now is your chance. (within a block or so, you can find some good Asian restaurants too... Korean, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese). I love the Korean food at (Danji).

bus stop right around the corner from our house. hop on the east bound bus going down Friendly Ave and you'll be downtown. Greensboro city buses let you put bikes on the front too.

I nominate this place as one of the best neighborhood bars in the entire USA. No frills here. Just good people and some stuff to drink.

Great running trail, a couple mile walk to downtown, or a fairly easy bike ride around town (there are "BIRD" scooter & bike rentals around Greensboro, just download that app)

410 Mimosa Drif you walk downhill on Candlewood from our house, make a right on Mimosa, then look to your left, you'll see a walking bridge to this Greenway. Great running trail, a couple mile walk to downtown, or a fairly easy bike ride around town (there are "BIRD" scooter & bike rentals around Greensboro, just download that app)
Great for running or walking. A lovely place for picnics and a fun little museum that's big enough to to show some good history without overwhelming you. They have huge reenactments several times a year and they are really fun.

It all depends on the day. If you have time for a wild story and an eye-full of oddities, I would make this a destination for your stay. Good luck trying to figure out what the hell is actually going on here.
