Gunbarrel: This well established restaurant has delicious, mostly American fare. It is within walking distance from Rabbit Run, about 20 minutes, and is in the King Sooper shopping plaza.

There are several Snooze breakfast locations however, I favor the one in Denver's Central Station because the station itself is fun to check out. Here are a few tips: Arrive at Snooze early! Also, the hotel has valet parking which I've always been able to use even though I'm not staying at the hotel. I leave a nice tip. The 16th bus (trolley) runs up and down this street and is free. Exploring Denver made easy.

Niwot is just North of Gunbarrel and is close enough to walk to - 40 minutes beautiful walk! There are 5 good restaurants, several coffee houses, a wonderful new park and the location for Rhythm on the Rails music festival, Thursdays during summer. Don't miss that.
