Food scene
About ten minutes by foot from the campsite, you’ll find the Oostendorper Watermolen, a traditional watermill that is still used to manage waterfles in the area. It is a great and historic place to visit.
Kids often love a visit to the watermill, especially on wednesday and saturday between 14.00 and 17.00 when the mill is operational. It is very interesting to take a look inside and see how it all works.
Next to the watermill you’ll find a restaurant with nice outdoor seating overlooking the mill. It is possible to eat and drink here for a reasonable price.
Let your kids take their bike as a pathway runs from the Mill back and forth along the river in a vehicle free area.

Next to the campsite you’ll find a large indoor pool with a big slide and lots of things to do for kids. In the summer there are large inflatables in the garden of the pool for even more water fun!

Kids fun
Right at the campsite, in high season only, a kids animation team picks up all children passing by their accommodation with a tractor pickup wagon. Music and singing songs along the way. Kids are brought to the playground next to the reception. Here, the animation team has a 45 minute entertainment program with games and play. Afterwards the kids are brought home in the same wagon. Our kids love it and we have not missed one passage of the tractor the past summers.
