Davis Shores is on the east side of the bridge of lions. Anastasia Boulevard runs through it and represents a collection of restaurants that are more local than tourist. Our favorites are Osprey Taco and Gas Restaurant. Sarbez has live music and a really fun vibe.

Waters Street neigborhood is just north of the fort and borders San Marco Avenue. The houses are impressive and continuing to the north is the Catholic church and park of the original landing of Pedro Menendez.

Vilano Road has some good restaurants like Vilano 180(fav pizza spot) and Beaches, a nice restaurant on the water for a nice sunset. The beach is steep, with surf on occasion. If you have a 4x4, the best way to access the beach is through the porpoise point neighborhood on Genoa Rd. This access will allow you to walk to the SW point of land with the best view of downtown St Augustine.

The historic downtown and the sites are a short walk away. We have some used bikes available to let you cover more ground, check the air with the pump in the kitchenette cabinet. Scooter rental is at King St and Riberia, a short walk. With scooters you can reach the beach, lighthouse and vilano.

Top 10 Tourist Attractions (traps)
You can get a little jaded after living in Florida your whole life. You came to St Augustine to see it, so here is our honest order of things/sights to do:
1. Castille de San Marcos
2. Ripleys Believe it or Not
3. Flagler College Lobby
4. St Augustine Lighthouse
5. Walk down St George Street
6. Lightner Museum
7. Pirates Museum
8. Horse Carriage, not keen to the smell but the story telling is OK.
9. Fountain of Youth - Magnolia Avenue. Getting to the Fountain of Youth takes you to Magnolia Avenue, likely the most photograhed street in St Augustine.
10. Alligator Farm.

Ampitheater Concerts
The St Augustine Amphitheater is a great venue. We love attending concerts. Typically there is plenty of choices inside the venue for drinks or snacks. The price of any alcoholic beverage is kind of staggering. A good stop before the show is either Dog Rose Brewery or Old Coast Brewery. Parking at the Amphitheater is $20 as well as in our parking lot at Anastasia Fitness. You can tailgate in the parking lots without hassle. Uber can be easier to get there, getting out not so easy.
